After spending a lot of time in the athletic world, Dr. Sood realized some of the main things setting people back from progressing are pain and injury. He wants to share his knowledge and experience to get you back to what you want to do.
His treatment style focuses on patient communication and empowerment through a combination of hands on work with self management exercises to reach your goals. His approach incorporates education, exercise, manipulation (adjustments), acupuncture, and a variety of other treatment options.
Outside of the clinic, he likes to spend his time listening to health related podcasts, staying active at the gym or walking outdoors with family, and cheering on the Toronto Raptors (although the past few seasons since the championship run have proven difficult – he hasn’t lost hope!
