Kristina is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Guelph. With a strong passion for health and the desire to positively influence others, she completed her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Kristina acknowledges that each person is unique, and provides an individualized approach to treating her patients. She has a clinical focus on addressing pain management in addition to metabolic and digestive concerns. She recognizes that everyone is capable of improving their health and looks to remove the obstacles to wellness. Kristina practices an evidence informed approach, and strives to integrate naturopathic therapies alongside other medical interventions that a patient may be involved with. When outside of the clinic, Kristina can be found enjoying time with horses, hiking, and doing her best to keep up with her active family!

Kendra Saunders graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She became intrigued by sports injuries through personal experience as a varsity Fastpitch ball player at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she obtained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Exercise Science. Kendra’s philosophy in helping people recover from their injuries takes the person as a whole into consideration. She understands each client is unique and adapts treatment accordingly. Her treatments include a combination of education, hands-on care, and exercises to encourage her clients to have the quickest return to their normal activities of daily life. Kendra has taken further educational opportunities in taping, acupuncture, manual therapy, concussion management, vertigo and vestibular rehabilitation. Moving forward, Kendra plans on continuing to learn about vertigo and other vestibular dysfunctions. She continues to remain active in the community participating in high-level softball. When Kendra’s not playing sports she can be found spending time with her family.

Niyati is a registered Physiotherapist with special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She completed her bachelor program in Physiotherapy from India and holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University. Along with constantly updating her knowledge by reading latest research papers, she has done courses in manual therapy and mobilization techniques for lower extremities and thoracic and lumbar spine. She is also interested in geriatric rehabilitation and has done advanced courses in Arthritis, Osteoporosis rehabilitation and maintenance of bone health. She has done a research masters in Carpal tunnel and has experience in treating patients with hand injuries and post surgical wound management. She is also trained in basic acupuncture and uses it in adjunct to physiotherapy treatments as warranted. With a positive motivation to improve quality of life and a passion to provide complete rehabilitation, she believes in delivering individualized treatment programs with a client centered approach. In her spare time, being a food lover that she is, she loves to cook and try new recipes and spend time with her husband and 2 kids. She looks forward to working with you.

She came to Canada to learn about health care practice in Canada and hence studied the OTA/PTA program at Conestoga College. The program also helped her gain and a occupational therapy perspective and gave her the best of both worlds. She has interned at Long Term Care homes, physiotherapy clinics and also worked as a front desk receptionist in a polyclinic. Dan Chagnon is the Owner/Athletic Therapist of The Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness. He brings 15 years of experience to the Centre. He was the Head Therapist at the University of Toronto, David L. MacIntosh Sport Medicine Clinic for 10 years. While there he worked with 45 Varsity Sports Teams, taught Sport Medicine and Emergency First Aid in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health and was part of the Senior Professional Managerial Staff of the University. He was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was the Curriculum Coordinator of Neuromuscular Conditioning at U of T for 8 years, teaching/training students, National, Olympic and Professional Athletes. He was a team therapist for the Canadian Men’s Rugby team for 10 years and Head Therapist for the Ontario Ruby Union for 6 years. Through his many experiences he has worked with numerous National teams, Olympic and Professional athletes and events. Dan is also an Instructor Trainer with the Canadian Red Cross for the past 17 years for their First Aid and First Responder programs. He has taken numerous manual therapy course including, Active Release Techniques©, Muscle Energy, Strain Counter Strain, Articular Pumping, Myofascial Release, Advanced Myofascial Stretching, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Activation Techniques and Crainosacral Therapy. Dan brings a passion for Sport Medicine to the centre and enjoy’s Golf and Curling in his spare time.

Kaylyn is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist with Bachelors degrees in both Kinesiology from Western University (2011) and Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College (2014). Her continuing education includes bracing, vestibular care and concussion management; with interests to continue into cupping, myofascial and soft tissue release. She had the privilege of working with athletes at the Invictus, ParaPanAm, and Ontario Parasport Games as a member of the host medical teams. If you can’t find her on our clinic floor, you’ll usually find her on the rugby sideline. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter; and volunteering as a Board Executive at for a kids camp in London.

He furthered his education through courses in Muscle Energy, Strain-Counterstrain, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. He treats all types of acute and chronic conditions resulting from sports, work, motor vehicle accidents and medical conditions.
