  • Niyati is a registered Physiotherapist with special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She completed her bachelor program in Physiotherapy from India and holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University. Along with constantly updating her knowledge by reading latest research papers, she has done courses in manual therapy and mobilization techniques for lower extremities and thoracic and lumbar spine. She is also interested in geriatric rehabilitation and has done advanced courses in Arthritis, Osteoporosis rehabilitation and maintenance of bone health. She is currently working towards specializing in hand therapy to help patients with hand injuries. With a positive motivation to improve quality of life and a passion to provide complete rehabilitation, she believes in delivering individualized treatment programs with a client centered approach. In her spare time, being a food lover that she is, she loves to cook and try new recipes and spend time with her husband and 2 kids. She looks forward to working with you.

  • Kendra Saunders graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She became intrigued by sports injuries through personal experience as a varsity Fastpitch ball player at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she obtained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Exercise Science. Kendra’s philosophy in helping people recover from their injuries takes the person as a whole into consideration. She understands each client is unique and adapts treatment accordingly. Her treatments include a combination of education, hands-on care, and exercises to encourage her clients to have the quickest return to their normal activities of daily life. Kendra has taken further educational opportunities in taping, acupuncture, manual therapy and vestibular rehabiliation. Moving forward Kendra plans on taking courses in manual osteopathy. She continues to remain active in the community participating in softball and volleyball. When Kendra’s not playing sports she can be found spending time with her family.

  • Javier received his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University. He has completed the Level 1 Soft Tissue Release Technique Acquisition, and the Level 1 Manual Therapy at the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Growing up, Javier enjoyed playing a variety sports and maintained an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, he experienced a fair share of injuries, which he rehabilitated through Physiotherapy and became acquainted with the profession. As a result, his interest in the human body and in looking for ways to optimize well-being through movement intensified. These experiences led him to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist. Javier uses evidence-based treatments and emphasizes a positive environment with open communication and collaboration to help clients achieve their goals. He believes that providing clients with the tools and knowledge to manage their own condition and prevent re-injury is of utmost importance. Javier is interested in expanding his knowledge of chronic conditions, wellness-promotion, and in growing his ‘treatment toolbox’. When he is not at work, he is training at the gym, playing pick-up basketball, reading, or spending time with friends and family (in no particular order).

  • Dr. Stephanie Crawford is a registered chiropractor trained in diversified technique, myofascial release therapy, Graston Technique, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and functional rehabilitation. She treats conditions of the spine and the extremities, ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain. She is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and completed her undergraduate degree at Trent University. Her goal is to help each patient as they actively work toward pain-free function, health, and quality of life by providing evidence-based care and encouraging healthy and active lifestyle choices. Dr. Crawford is enthusiastic about collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Dr. Crawford is an avid equestrian and rock climber; when she is not treating patients, she enjoys staying active in the great outdoors, spending time with her horse “Bizzy.”

  • Dan Chagnon is the Owner/Athletic Therapist of The Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness. He brings 15 years of experience to the Centre. He was the Head Therapist at the University of Toronto, David L. MacIntosh Sport Medicine Clinic for 10 years. While there he worked with 45 Varsity Sports Teams, taught Sport Medicine and Emergency First Aid in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health and was part of the Senior Professional Managerial Staff of the University. He was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was the Curriculum Coordinator of Neuromuscular Conditioning at U of T for 8 years, teaching/training students, National, Olympic and Professional Athletes. He was a team therapist for the Canadian Men’s Rugby team for 10 years and Head Therapist for the Ontario Ruby Union for 6 years. Through his many experiences he has worked with numerous National teams, Olympic and Professional athletes and events. Dan is also an Instructor Trainer with the Canadian Red Cross for the past 17 years for their First Aid and First Responder programs. He has taken numerous manual therapy course including, Active Release Techniques©, Muscle Energy, Strain Counter Strain, Articular Pumping, Myofascial Release, Advanced Myofascial Stretching, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Activation Techniques and Crainosacral Therapy. Dan brings a passion for Sport Medicine to the centre and enjoy’s Golf and Curling in his spare time.

  • Kaylyn is a Certified Athletic Therapist and member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College; as well as a Honours Bachelor of Arts Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University. In the clinic it's Kaylyn’s goal to help each patient return to their pain free life in the best possible function. Outside of the clinic Kaylyn enjoys covering rugby games as medical coverage and volunteering as a Board Executive for a children's residential summer camp back in her home town.

  • Tyson is a Certified Athletic Therapist and First Responder. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS with a BA in Human Kinetics in 2011, then went on to complete her Certificate in Athletic Therapy at York University in their two year Advanced Standing program, graduating in 2013. From there she has gone on to treat a variety of athletic and everyday injuries, treating patients in both clinic and field settings including the PanAm Games, Memorial University, and offshore oil workers in Newfoundland. In her spare time she provides coverage for sport teams in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and is an avid London Knights, Ottawa Senators, and Buffalo Bills fan.

  • Sue graduated from McMaster University with an undergraduate degree in Life Science and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Western University. She became passionate about treating hand and upper limb conditions during her Occupational Therapy fieldwork placement. To advance her clinical knowledge in this field, she completed an intensive hand therapy fellowship program at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre in London. She also attended the 2017 Hand and Upper Limb Symposium for specialized topics of the upper extremity. Sue considers herself to be a life-long learner and understands the importance in continually being updated on the newest advances in hand therapy. Sue believes that an individualized program of thorough education, therapeutic exercises, and hands-on therapy results in optimal outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Sue enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Alex is a Physiotherapy Support Personnel. He graduated from Western University in 2015 with a M.Sc. and in 2012 with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. His studies focused on exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and anatomy. With a focus on human movement and exercise prescription, Alex's goal in the clinic is to help patients reach their goals in recovery and returning them to a functional and pain-free way of living. When Alex is not working, he enjoys participating in competitive basketball, other various pick-up sports, and playing guitar or piano along with other musicians.

  • Erica Knight is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated with Honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington in 2002. In addition, Erica is also a Registered Acupuncturist practicing since 2005, and is member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She has a vast experience in treating all types of acute and chronic physical conditions, general relaxation, sports injury, work related injury, medical conditions, pregnancy and stress related tension. Erica tailors her massage and acupuncture treatments based on your needs in order to achieve optimal physical health and wellness. Erica strives to educate clients that Massage Therapy and Acupuncture with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Exercise, & Relaxation are safe and effective techniques to help restore balance allowing our body’s to heal and restore function. In Erica’s spare time, she enjoys creating memories with her husband and two girls, playing guitar, songwriting and performing.

  • Zoey Brown is a registered massage therapist. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Zoey has worked with lots of different clients from the MS society to hospice care to athletes. She has taken a cupping course and plans on continuing with more courses to increase and maintain her knowledge. Zoey was a competitive figure skater that represented Canada internationally. Since Zoey was an elite athlete she understands the maintenance and treatment of acute and chronic injuries. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, playing softball and spending time with her family and friends.
